As part of the 19th Mining Forum MINEX RUSSIA 2023, CMT Consulting organized a master class “Mining Hydrogeology - From Exploration to Mine Closure”
The following topics were discussed at the master class:
- field hydrogeological investigations;
- hydrogeological modelling;
- mine drainage/dewatering;
- interaction with other disciplines, such as rock mechanics, environmental and social aspects;
- hydrogeology as a modifying factor for conversion of Mineral Resources to Ore Reserves (in accordance with the JORC Code)
- interesting hydrogeological case studies
