On February 19, 2024, the traditional Strategic Meeting of CMT Consulting took place, during which managers together with specialists discussed plans and set the company’s priorities for 2024. This meeting is an important step in creating a strategy to strengthen the company’s position in the consulting services market.

The topics of optimizing business processes, improving the quality of services provided, and strengthening partnerships were discussed at the meeting.

Based on the results of the meeting, key goals were formulated and specific steps were identified for implementing the development strategy.
