Egor Kuleshov, head of the mining department of SMT, spoke at the CREON forum “Mining Industry 2025” with a report on the role of consulting in strategic planning and investment, including in the implementation of high-risk projects using the example of open-pit mining, where there was a risk of mine flooding and pit sides collapsing.

The joint work of the Consultant and the Subsoil User made it possible to identify significant risks and adjust the strategic plan for the development of fields, while ensuring safe operating conditions.
