Conducted training on block geomechanical modeling for employees of the geomechanical service of the Suzdal field
During the period from April to May 2024, senior consultant for structural geology of CMT, Sergey Gashko, conducted training on block geomechanical modeling for employees of the geomechanical service of the Suzdal field (Kazakhstan, East Kazakhstan region). The classes were held in a remote format with subsequent support and consultations. A special feature of this training was working with initial data from the mine: examples and questions were considered not on artificially prepared materials, but on the actual results of field research, such as geomechanical description of the core and underground mapping of workings.
The training provided mine specialists with the skills to quickly update the block geomechanical model and provided basic knowledge on wireframe modeling.
Specialists who completed the training were issued appropriate certificates.
