An article on geological risks of junior projects has been published

The September issue of the magazine “Gold and Technologies” (No. 3, 2024) published an article by Maria Nekrasova, head of the geology department of CMT Consulting, on the topic “Geological risks of junior projects and ways to minimize them.”

Maria shared her unique experience in an article on investing in junior mining projects, which are gaining popularity amid growing demand for precious metals. Such projects attract investors with high potential returns, but are associated with great risks, the main of which is geological uncertainty. Lack of data in the early stages of research makes it difficult to accurately estimate resources and can lead to erroneous conclusions about the profitability of a site.
