Development vector 2026: SMT Consulting held an annual strategic meeting
In January 2026, a traditional strategic meeting of the SMT Consulting company took place, bringing together employees to summarize and plan goals and objectives for 2026.
The first part of the meeting was devoted to presentations by department heads and key employees on performance results for 2025. The results of the activities of each division were summed up and development goals for the current period were outlined.
Particular attention in the discussion was paid to programs to improve staff competencies and the introduction of new motivation tools.
An important part of the program were reports from invited industry experts. During their presentations, valuable information was obtained that allowed them to see new opportunities for further growth and identify steps to strengthen weaknesses.
The continuation was the interactive block – the business game “Space Feedback”. In an informal setting, employees learned to work in a team, find innovative solutions to situations and develop effective communication skills.
The event concluded with the ceremonial awarding of employees in various categories and the holding of a festive lottery.
The strategic meeting confirmed the readiness of the SMT Consulting team for new tasks and demonstrated the active participation of each employee in the further development of the company.
