An article has been published dedicated to the session “Regulation of subsoil use – increasing efficiency”, held as part of the 20th exhibition “Minex Russia – 2024”. The main focus of the session was to discuss issues of interaction between subsoil users and government regulatory bodies.
Company specialists SMT Consulting identified a number of areas that require further development for the development of an effective subsoil use system. Among the main aspects of the implementation of mining projects, issues related to the registration of land plots and land use were raised, and recommendations were given to minimize the associated risks.
