Our experts presented a number of reports on topics relevant to subsoil users.
Maria Nekrasova told about supervising , as a tool for minimizing risks and improving the quality of geological exploration for the successful implementation of projects.
Ekaterina Marakanova took part in the partner session JSC “Polymetal”, AK “ALROSA”, UK “Pole” on the regulation of subsoil use and proposed a solution for identifying limitations and risks in terms of land management at the early stages of projects – conducting screening aspects of land use.
Catherine also presented a report “ESG and ECG: taking into account when forming investment decisions”, where she compared the ratings and highlighted their key differences, and gave examples of projects for the sustainable development of the mining complex to obtain green financing.
Roman Bondarenko spoke about the practice risk identification in the mining industry, outlining the importance of “input parameters” and comprehensive identification in risk assessment, and presented successful cases from CMT practice.
Arthur Akhmetov in his report “Selection and justification of analogue objects”, he shared a methodology that allows you to obtain a deep degree of elaboration of the project at the concept stage (Scoping Study).
As part of the master class “Solutions that work” SMT experts presented practical approaches and tools that have already proven their effectiveness in the industry. The interactive format of the event allowed its participants to exchange experiences and clearly demonstrated the importance of an integrated approach to risk assessment .
