About the event
CMT Consulting company within 19th Mining Forum MINEXRUSSIA 2023 organized a master class on the topic “Hydrogeology in mining – from exploration to closure.”
The following topics were covered at the master class:
- field hydrogeological research;
- hydrogeological modeling;
- dewatering/draining of mine workings;
- relationship with disciplines such as geomechanics, environmental and social aspects;
- hydrogeology as a modifying factor in the conversion of mineral resources into ore reserves (in accordance with the JORC code);
- interesting cases on hydrogeology.
